Thread: Volunteers Wanted!

I have been thinking about this for quite a while and we have tried some of these things before and well we haven't had much success with them..but I would love to try and get it up and going again! So basically what I am looking for are some volunteers to run certain parts of the site. These volunteers will help run the News Section, Review section and the Xbox 360 Deals section.

Requirements:

News Section:

• Share some type of Xbox 360 news daily on T3P.
• Good writing skills (You have to be able to take others words and put them into somewhat of your own) We don't want to be just copy and pasting..although sometimes it is ok too.

Review Section:

• Post weekly reviews on Full Xbox 360 games, arcade games, demos and DLC.
• Looking for someone who purchases the above frequently
• Good writing skills, looking for in-depth reviews and such.

Deals Section:

• Post daily/weekly deals from all the major stores; Best Buy, Gamestop, etc.
• Post Xbox 360 Marketplace deals, such as price cuts on DLC and so on.

-- Some things that might us even more in the News and Review section is a capture card for the Xbox 360, that way you can get footage for us and I will allow you to upload it to our Youtube Channel ..Also if you take up the position of News Editor/Deal Editor you will have access to post updates on our Facebook Fanpage

I think I may be able to help out with the deals section. I would need to know if there are any other major stores for our community aside from: BestBuy, GameStop, Kmart, Target and Toys R Us. I list the above stores because they are available in my area. I am aware that there are other places, such as Fry's.

If I am accepted as Deal Editor, just let me know where to post and you should have updates every Sunday (and Monday if the Deal of the Week is posted late for XBL Marketplace).

Sounds good Albert, I will wait to see if more people respond to that position or not..but we can always use more then 1 person in each position...Will you also be spreading the links via your Twitter or no?

I will spread those links on my own Twitter and Facebook accounts when the posts are made.

well i already got facebook update privileges for the site but never use it. lol
but I think that I would enjoy the news and updates thing but I wish I had a capture card. maybe ill get one for my b-day along with a copy of BC2.

I am still looking for a News editor...must be super active(Ability to post daily news)
