Xbox 360 gamers don't dashboard in Modern Warfare 3

It looks like IW has finally found a solution for people quitting games early by going straight to the dashboard. WoodysGamertag(popular YouTuber) has Modern Warfare 3 early and was playing a few games when he got frustrated with his connection and decided to dashboard. Upon his return, the game had reset all his stats back to 0. He said he was at level 25. Later he does it again because he was angry with the game for some reason and when he gets back in the game, he says he is unable to even start matchmaking. He says the game told him this: "Communication with the xbox live servers has been interrupted". The only way for him to get back into a game was to join a friend.
