Your Health is Low is the creation of Jay. After his xbox died, he found himself with spare gaming time and wanted to write about games. Simply put, he wanted to blog from the perspective of a real gamer. Enlisting his close friends Jesse, Jared, Matt and Andrew to team up with him, and created Your Health is Low in November 2008. Soon others joined and the rest is history. The name Your Health is Low came to Jay as he was playing Fable II and remembered a annoying guildmaster from the first game would shout it at him when his health was running low. He liked the the name thus the blog was born.
