Thread: Tribes: Ascend Demo

This is the first I heard or seen of Tribes: Ascend. The newest Tribes game in the Tribes franchise developed by Hi-Rez studios. I am very excited for this game because I played Tribes 2 religiously and Tribes: Vengeance really ruined the series. This newest Tribes game looks and reminds me of Tribes 2 and that is why I am so very excited for it. Tribes: Ascend will be a free to play title coming later this year. There will be a Tribes: Ascend beta. In an interview with Cyberlink, studio head Todd Harris announced that closed beta testing would begin on Friday, November 4, and would include "thousands" of players.

The beta will include character advancement and will help balance the "loadouts" or classes. According to the interview, Hi-Rez will this week start selling pre-orders for "VIP Starter Packs," which will include guaranteed entry into the closed beta test.

Lol why even bother with BF3 coming out . I might check it out though.
