Well I am pretty sure I completed every mission and side mission and I am only a level 27..with 35 hours and some change into the game. I am going to do another sweep of some of the cities and such and see if I can pick up some more missions if I missed any.

Nuke = great for lots of damage in a single shot.
Singularity (Black hole) = best for stopping enemies in their tracks and then blowing them up using gravity!
I think I just got past the halfway mark yesterday in terms of the story.

Just finished the game last night. I just regret that I lost 3 of my party members.
