Help!!!
My brother copied his skyrim over to my computer (he paid for it). I got the crack, but when i try and use skyrimlauncher.exe it opens up steam to the skyrim purchase page... Is there away to open it without steam loading up?

Just a tidbit of information. The Skyrim launcher was patched a while ago to launch Steam if Steam has not already been opened. Basically, it is no longer possible to launch Skyrim without Steam. I recommend actually purchasing the game as it is well worth the $59.99 Steam charges for it. Your other option is to just share the game and create your own save.
